Just like you send an item to claim warranty , that company promise you can take after 2 week , then when u go take after 2 week , he promise again another 2 week to him , and same case about 2~3 times + the phone number is always busy line,wasting your time , your mobile phone credit. So what your feel ?
And he also say that "when i bank-in, just post the faulty HDD" , And he got no 20GB HDD also . He not keeping his promise and what should i do ? he not bank-in to me , how i send the faulty HDD to him ? how to solve the problems? just seat and waitng ?
This case compare with your "example" is not same ......
