I can't agree on what you have claimed. Pokju deal with the thread starter. Pokju has responsibility in payment if anything happens regardless of whether the money is with pokju or with his supplier.

He has to return the money to the buyer first and then claim from his supplier.

But he did not say so. He promised to pay on certain dates, which means that he knew himself shall be recovered from at that dates.

The point is that, we are not forcing him to pay the soonest since he is in denggi. We can understand his situation but why he wanna promise something and to let people wait the promise to be realised?

He is a safer trader and he does a lot of selling stuff. For sure he has online banking facility to enable him performs the transaction via online. Well, takkan denggi sleep forever on the bed ah?
