Yea, cont go wrong with D9GMH. Owned GMH and GKX b4. very overclockable with its tight lanterncy. But i will go for TEAM. The price is really cheap!! RM350 for 2GB only?? U get from lyp?

I think this ram is a value ram..2 gb kit is more expensive..

does it really cheap??? my friend claimed tat he can OC up to 1200Mhz.....official website claimed that can up till 1000MHz.....

wanna ask u guys here, any1 know what chipset is on the mushkin value series (ddr2 667 or ddr2 800 1gb stick)?

so far as i c, all the ram has been rebrand 2 mushkin. some of my friend told me is some micron D9XXX.

usually low end Mushkins are using Aeneon or Elpida... but Micron is a possibility

and by the way.... all Micron DDR2s are D9

I was told by the Team Supplier's it was Micron D9 Chipset..

Also found this on the DDR2 chipset list.. Apparently Team doesnt use Aeneon.

In real life, the peformance difference between 1000MHz and 1200MHz speed is extremely small. Most time we will only notice it during benchmarking.

If..

I will choose Team over Kingston. currently Kingston value only cost about RM150 for 1GB. Tht means u are paying RM100 extra for tht D9 chips. Thts not a reasonable price. On the other hand, Team RAM is not bad thou, we also can find D9s on them, and u also know its quite overclockable rite? So why spend more for something tht is over priced? Or maybe u can use ur money for better graphic which is more practical : ) and can show u more perf boost.

Team can use any chips they want for their value RAM, any IC they have in their inventory. But I can assure you the pic of Team value posted by michealelsie, that is not D9DCN.

And the ramlist link is just a guidance, they can change anytime.

You can find how D9DCN exactly looks like if you dig XS forum deep enough. It's rectangular, not square.

2 x 1GB Kingston ValueRAM DDR2-667 simply OC to DDR2-800 speed.
Default Voltage and timing is 5-5-5-15.

i got many customers using team 1gb ddr2 667mhz OC to 1200mhz.
this is only OC to 1000mhz la.

em... u can get from me. RM175 per stick. (sorry, sell my items here)
