i bought a cheap Mushkin at viewnet...
by the look its a Micron...but i dunno what is the model name ie D9xxx
its relabel with mushkin cop.....

attached is the ram picture...hopefully you all can help me.

D9GCT is binned with DDR2-533,right?or this is the oced ver of D9GCT?

yup... probably it's higher binned since it could be the cheapest chips among other D9Gxx like GMH or GKX.

but well... that's just my speculation.

i will...400 shud not have any problem right now...try to push more..

weird thing is the cpu voltage..im running 1.4v at bios..but it only show 1.2v...
apa rosak already???

anyway the ram volt@2.3v
no time to stress it.need sleep biggrin.gif

Its CPU-Z bug. Vcore 1.4 and above, CPU-Z will shows 1.2V, its the same for all of us. If you set less than 1.4v, then you can see different VID in the CPU-Z.

and for AMD ... anything above 1.5v the CPU-Z will show the default VID

Using stressing program like memtest and run it nonstop for a few days straight smile.gif and set the vcore to the highest u dare tongue.gif and a relax timing or whatever u are comfortable with.

The result of burn in may vary though, some can achieve tighter timing after a week of burn in while others don't even its the same chip.

The result from high voltage tongue.gif BTW, some ram just deteriorate like that while others died.
