yup... probably it's higher binned since it could be the cheapest chips among other D9Gxx like GMH or GKX.
but well... that's just my speculation.

Added on February 22, 2007, 12:18 pmtry my luck here.... weird thing is the cpu voltage..im running 1.4v at bios..but it only show 1.2v... apa rosak already??? anyway the ram volt@2.3v no time to stress it.need sleep This post has been edited by CV6149: Feb 22 2007, 12:21 PM Attached thumbnail(s)

Its CPU-Z bug. Vcore 1.4 and above, CPU-Z will shows 1.2V, its the same for all of us. If you set less than 1.4v, then you can see different VID in the CPU-Z.

and for AMD ... anything above 1.5v the CPU-Z will show the default VID

QUOTE(Hyde`fK @ Feb 16 2007, 08:17 PM) You can try burn in the RAM with 800 @ 4-4-4-10 2.4vdimm. Who knows after 3 days, can clock like mad. what actually do u mean by "burn for 3 days"..and y?can some1 explain further? thx ya

QUOTE(siaokialeong @ Feb 24 2007, 04:59 AM) what actually do u mean by "burn for 3 days"..and y?can some1 explain further? thx ya Using stressing program like memtest and run it nonstop for a few days straight and set the vcore to the highest u dare and a relax timing or whatever u are comfortable with. The result of burn in may vary though, some can achieve tighter timing after a week of burn in while others don't even its the same chip.

some chips just don't tolerate high voltage.
