Not sure if any owners or sales agent can share the windows quality before and after closing video?
This kind of property are targeting younger segment, prefer close to actions at the city. I suppose majority of the city population are not light sleeper or used to noise light noise pollution. People who are light sleeper may need to source for serene, forest or quite environments property like damansara seresta or township living elmina? |

The additional facilities may not be frequent but it offer you options when you want to, guess this is the differentiation for choosing a Pure Stay Oriented Vs Lifestyle Facilities Oriented development? Anyone got the realistic bank value for this property ?
for the 603 sqft selling at 520k, the agency's bank (public bank) is saying 540k, but I talked to a few other banks, they all are telling between 420k to 480k, really not optimistic about this |
