Not sure if any owners or sales agent can share the windows quality before and after closing video?

This kind of property are targeting younger segment, prefer close to actions at the city.

I suppose majority of the city population are not light sleeper or used to noise light noise pollution.

People who are light sleeper may need to source for serene, forest or quite environments property like damansara seresta or township living elmina?

Yes, but interested to compare and learn initiatives of developers in reducing noise.

I personally visited Nidoz residence and observed the window quality able to reduce 85 to 90% of the noise when it is closed, plus it is tinted. Not sure about arcuz but heard they will adopt similar specs.

The percentage just a rough estimation, but please refer to video below for Nidoz windows acoustic performance. Credit to my SA.



Tinted means not so glaring and hot like your car tinted, which can be seen as another extra features but if you want to enjoy vitamin D to the fullness then this may be bad for you haha..

My understanding is the maintenance fees + sinking fund for The Arcuz is 0.38 psf at least for now. The additional facilities may not be frequent but it offer you options when you want to, guess this is the differentiation for choosing a Pure Stay Oriented Vs Lifestyle Facilities Oriented development?

There are reasons why 2 LRT stations, golf course, paradigm mall, stadium, and many more upcoming residential developments were built at the opposite.
