The small print at the big advertisement board says 294 units left. So, overall sold is only 43%, or 71% if exlude the 40% Bumi lots. Is my calculation correct? Might not be the latest figure depending on when the billboard was printed.

Saw the latest sales chart today. South Tower about 320+ units booked. North Tower level 7-10 studio units almost fully booked. North Tower comes with kitchen cabinet, aircond and washing machine. Expecting better response for studio units in North Tower due to more desirable facing (SE and NE) vs. NW and SW for South Tower. Price starting from RM460k.

You're right Gamuda Land is relatively new to highrise. Among completed ones are Madge Mansion and Jadite Suites. But it's worth mentioning both achieved high scores on CONQUAS and QLASSIC workmanship assessments. First mixed development is The Robertson which is completing soon.
