Show room and sales office beside maybank (pos office). Visited last 2 weeks, tempting to book 332sft unit 218k but no promo package, 15%downpayment ;(..commercial title. If the unit vp at 1000psft later in 3 years time, only 332k not much to makan.....

3 years get approx 100k also not much to makan?

Now project launch in PJ at 332 sq ft, quality of life is surely deteriorating

interesting to see, yet, more sofos. sovos...

upfront 32k return 73k(minus downpayment)...hmm..many other projects has brighter return..Bigger units had been booked, cek submitted one year ago! 332sft is a new layout after altering the whole floor structure..no doubt it is a good location (beside Giant and opposite Pos Office)...entrance will be the same side like how you enter Giant.

sofo?.. another office project at kelana jaya?. Taragon, PJ5, Infinity tower, Kelana Centre, Parklane, Kelana square. Oh btw sila buka mata besar2. If studio sure good buy.

Went there yesterday, studio sold out. I got 2 unit studio at kelana sentral, easy to rent out, currently tenanted at 1500 permonth for studio. For 2 bedroom about 2000. This Sofo better location. If u invest 330k 2 bed.. Monthly about 1300-1400, rental about 2k for current rate. I been in bussines since 2007.. Trust me this is good one. My advise, buy studio or 2 bed and price must below 400k, u will get handsome return. Above 500k, not encourage... This area, all rental below than 3k..

i called them d RM700psf, 3xxsf studio and 7xxsf 2 rooms

The condition for subsale is only apply to those affordable types.

Yup...to clarify further, some studio units of this vped project, are with smaller size (may/may not be higher price) than the new affordable requirement as in the guidelines.

Wonder if the subsale of this project is impacted(at least less competitive in size)

Came across this sofo and interested to rent a unit there. Not sure it is a good place to stay but the location is very strategic and distance to my office is not too far off (Sunway area).
