I'm guessing it's on the high side due to:
- Lush landscaping (5 parks to maintain)
- Wellness park concept equipments (outdoor gym, aqua gym, circuit training, etc)
- GBI status maintenance
- shuttle bus
- concierge desk

1000 units seems alot but each unit is on the small side, 450sf-850sf. To put into perspective, one Highpark tower of 512 units will be equivalent to a tower consisting of about 200+ "normal sized" units. The biggest unit 850sf will have to pay RM425 (was told this is inclusive of sinking fund). I'm paying RM450 for the place I'm staying now (translated to RM0.40psf) with basic facilities only (swimming pool, gym, sauna), and even then it's not well maintained.

Current package is 20:80... can save more interest. Downside is have to pay 20% d/p but spread throughout 30 months.

There's a free PJ bus that passed by Highpark and goes to Taman Bahagia LRT station. Frequently every 30 mins. Was told the shuttle service provided by Highpark will cover Paradigm Mall and Kelana Jaya LRT station only, so it will be a shorter route compared to the free bus which has more stops.

As much as I hate to admit it, I'm paying RM0.39 psf for the current place I'm staying, the facilities are basic - one swimming pool, gym, non-functioning jacuzzi and sauna. 3 lifts. Comfortable but hardly can term as high end. The bulk of it goes to electricity and security. But then, one set of the facilities above is available for each tower, with each tower consisting of about 250 units. Painful to bear as it doesn't match the level of service provided.

Just found out the nearest LRT station by walking to Highpark is not Kelana Jaya but Glenmarie. Granted, it is not exactly "near", 1.3km walking through the park, but there's proper walkway and its shady all the way. Not something I would do on daily basis though, but it's definitely not impossible. Would be better for the shuttle bus to service this station since it is also interchange to LRT3.

Gamuda is constructing covered walkway from Highpark to existing pedestrian bridge in front of Pos Malaysia and to Unitar.
