You are partially right, there are larger than Pentas land plot size for upcoming phases in parcel A3, with 28x80 and 26x85. But this current launched phase named Tari 3 is the last plot of largest superlink in parcel A2.

However, although the plot size is larger, but in terms of actual built up size, there will be no more upcoming phases will be larger than Pentas, Pentas 1 and 2 specifically. Unless inp amend development plan again.

All the upcoming superlink no longer touching 3000sqft built up size.

Went to alam impian sales office. The sales is more aggressive now, volunteerly talk to me, not like last time. Sales slow thus the attitude changes?

Is Tari 3 right not Nukilan. Anyway sales are very slow and build up is getting smaller.

something tells me that pentas series r selling very well. just like PlayStation. use same name coz previous one was successful. Sega didn't have Sega Saturn 2 coz Saturn 1 failed. next was Dreamcast. also failed. haha

Alam impian do not have much choice of commercial facility. 1 klinik, 1 supermarket, 1 mini police station..

But i&p product really superb + freehold.

the 90 cents toll indeed a mental block for those who want to stay here.
Surprisingly, if the toll is further away, even they still need to pay, the impact will not be so serious.
