I am from P2, the occupancy rates for p1,p2,p3 good more than 40% I believed. P4 just got the KEY and more to come.

Population in Alam Impian is building up. As more phases completed, this township starts to show its beauty. Things will be much better once the commercial kicks in.

Tari 2 is a good house, interested to get one? 2 corner units left as I last checked on Saturday.

Hi, searching around near subang area...i think this only choice n new unit too.
How is the traffic early morning for kesas?
how u all think of the toll rm0.60 for everytime in n out, especially nt many shops inside alam impian for now...one day probably in n out a lot.

Traffic in Kesas is bearable before 7am, I use it every day to work.

Depending how you view it, RM0.60 is still OK for me. If you want to skip it, you can still follow Jalan Kebun from the back of the township. In the master plan, it will have another toll free road to Seksyen 24, but no so soon.

Food wise, currently only mamak restaurant and some other stalls at the only row of shop near Tenun area. Other than that, you can choose Sri Muda, Kota Kemuning, etc.

Freehold, this kind of land size and built-up, within reach to Subang, Shah Alam, can hardly find elsewhere

sorry .. i always thought pentas is 25x80 ... so when I saw 25x85 i thought its a new phase larger than pentas

Very slow. End of launching day yesterday, only 5 offer letters issued.

Today is Alam Sari Puisi 4 launching. Not sure how's the response.
