Haha. Its always on my watching list since I bought n flipped this few years back.

Really intend to buy again due to fair price but commie issues always hold me back.

New commercial centre coming up but if really start construction in 2018 then jialat la. Can't wait so long. I still think prop prices this yr will be flat or same as inflation (4%) cry.gif

If starts 2018 then finish will be around 2022 for commercial.

slow...really slow....saw few units booked last week and on launch day...not sure the progress now. not much incentive from developer i guess sad.gif

Yeap.. current subsales around the same price right? Add new WOW factor of 15% minus interest of 5-6%, this is TRULY A VERY GOOD DEAL as mentioned by chris.
