I'm considering too but struggling whether want wait for another phase because of Rezab kubur (not racists).
Pros and cons for this phase.
Pros:
1. Low density with 6units / acre
2. Per development plan rev. 13, last superlink 24x80 on I&P Alam Impian. (Refer my earlier post for summary)
3. The row facing south facing field will be the best bet due to extra land at the back of the house (similar like the row of Canting backing the shoplot. Although it's public land, but once fenced, most likely you can utilize it
Cons:
1. Near to cemetery reserve (but should be quite a distance as Persiaran Tun Teja is 100 feet, plus the cemetery area should be more inner part of the reserved land)
2. Low land elevation
3. Future higher density phase A3 due to resize of all other terrace unit sizes
4. Occasionally palm oil factory smell (normally afternoon)
Some points for potential buyer to consider.
