Thank you for the info sharing. Too bad that opposite of the A3-05 is the komplex perkuburan and surrounded by mid-end of apartment. Missed the pentas 6. sad.gif

Yes, Pentas 6 only left corner unit!!! I didn't been to the A3-05 site because the sale person told me that the road still haven't complete yet!! This would be the last phase for the landed property there?

1. Near to cemetery reserve (but should be quite a distance as Persiaran Tun Teja is 100 feet, plus the cemetery area should be more inner part of the reserved land)
2. Low land elevation
3. Future higher density phase A3 due to resize of all other terrace unit sizes
4. Occasionally palm oil factory smell (normally afternoon)

Some points for potential buyer to consider.

Very informative. The major cons to me is 1 and 3 (it also surrounded with medium cost apartment as well). Still dunno need wait till when rclxub.gif
