2. Personal cheque not acceptable (what if bounce or fake cheque?). You can double check with sales gallery.

A stupid question, If I prefer Impian 6 location. If I buy I6 sub-sale after completion (Launching price RM633,333++ hmm.gif ) will it cheaper than this new launch price + interest serve for 2 years?

A very gross calculation to estimate the progressive interest charged along the 2 years construction will be around 5% of the purchase price.

However, for more accurate estimation, you can use the calculator here: Progressive Interest Calculator

As for if subsale price of Pentas 6 will be cheaper or not, I guess no one can give you an answer. No one knows what will happen 2 years down the road, especially after SP Setia takes over.

3% rebate may not be much to you, but to many others, it is a lot, especially bumi buyers will get 7% + 3%, no downpayment required. I agree previous I&P is rather arrogant in selling their product, but I see a lot of changes recently. Maybe due to market downturn and struggling for sales?

Lastly, can I learn from you (from the context of Alam Impian), how do you define successful investment or stuck?
