I can tell u not the best.. but alredi not bad. I no it. 1thing is their rental on high side. No many tenant can tahan. I deal with many mall management. Lcly to humble 1...many style.

sounds like setia treat their tenants at SW tongue.gif before rent apa pun boleh, after rent all cannot, when people want move out they say should discuss with us of course we will let u do one and want sue them coz early terminate contract hahaha people no business how to pay rental la

From Klcc , midvalley , 1u, wct bukit tinggi, setiacity mall...., all capitaland mall....Penang also got. You name it...Soon need to deal with paradigm...hope not as anal as KLCC.... Oh....me deal with pavilion kl before lucky on earlier day... Now hope they are not lcly....

Klcc ,1u, Midvalley, sunway pyramid, pavilion, timesquares, aeon bukit tinggi, the mines...All this are above average for big mall category.

Ya.. Many mall don't ever think of win win situation... Aeon have many run away tenants cases....sad story for those tenant....

I remember a SA told me the shopping mall is planned in
Setia Eco Hill 2. I saw the land lot is beneath Eco Garden if not
mistaken during the briefing slide.

Totally agree. I saw quite a lot speculators are actually only had the waiting list number, which quite a different from other property lauches which genuine home buyer are usually left with dust.

I suprise too see not many buyer asking about DIBS term and I found out, most of them are either dont know such term bcz they are just genuine home buyer without much knowledge in property investment or just doesnt care bcz the unit is just for their own stay. Great to see this.

I certainly agree that if too many empty units, it would not be good that's why in my opinion SPS did a surprise launch for those who is desperate enough to take leave (and most of them did for those I spoke with) and stayed for the entire session. Most of them that I spoke to wanted for own stay and/or 50/50 not sure yet, seldom purely for investment purpose.

And to be fair to SPS, if they wanted to advertise EcoHill, they could have announced the launching sooner and they sure can get people to camp overnight (or days before) for it thus creating the news about long queue, thousands of people camping there and etc. There were 25000 registered interest, just imagine quarter of it turned out, it would be havoc for the launch for both the interested parties as well for the staff. IMO, I think they did a good job overall launching this phase of the project except needing the purchaser to stay until later night 9pm something regardless of the reasoning.

Not a waste of time for me though as I get to make a few friends there talking about investment as well as the project.  nod.gif
