Good buy for the residential unit. Sure will profit. I trust that it will be a good place to live. But for me, i cant coz it is far from my work place. Haha...
Mall? Hahaha... You have to be brave to build a mall there. Shoplots will be just fine... Setia city mall? Wait until you see the tenants' renewal |
