IMHO, this place should  take lesser time to appreciate compare to Setia Alam....I could not recall BBB mode in Setia Alam way back in 2004/ 2005 when it first launched...

During that time, mentalility of purchaser are different...location, location and location and  Klang address isnot good.  Land in KV are still abundant...

Nowaday, purchaser are different... Yes, location is still important, but they will invest if it is from the reputable developer, even if currently location is bad....some investors not even sure where exactly is bdr rimbayu site before booking....

new landed property also become much scarce in KV compare to 7 years back...& purchaser have much more confident with the top developer....

what do you mean, can we do it earlier? you mean paying to ecohill or reno after completion?
Reno definitely need a lot money.

Kitchen = 30k
Living room 15k
Bathroom = 5-10k?
Solar water heater = 12k
Furnitures, build in cabinet = 15-20k?
Flooring = 20-30k

What else do I missed?
