I have been informed by SPS, the land is still under master title for semi D n cluster. So it should under Schedule H.
that's why I'm not sure is 2 year or 3 years.

yes, the purchasing progress is very good feeling progress....sp setia create a very friendly and nice environment...at least they already complete the main access road with nice landscape...even the park with uphill jogging track also almost complete....so ppl are seeing what they will purchase in future..they enjoy it!

This is my understanding from SPS explanations.

It depends whether your unit is corner or intermediate. As intermediate semi-D only consist of 10ft land area, there's a limitation set by the authority in terms of fire safety. This is difference for terrace end lot which have a 20ft road in between each houses.

Not really. SP setia explanation is based on build house regulation.
After VP and MOT complete, u will c some ppl do extension. The extension approval is belong to MPK instead of SP setia since this is individual title

As long as u can settle with MKJ and ur neighbor no complaint abt ur extension. U r safe.
Wat if MKJ come n " kacau" u due to certain reason. U need to "SETTLE " with them n ensure they issue kompaun n pay the kompaun ASAP. Then u r safe.

If u dun believe, go n c setia damai semi d. After vp, ppl oso do extension.
