yaya, I call all panel banker they said maximum blr-2.45
with condition have account with them eg HSBC. But sadly need 3 years lock period.

May I know the semiD and bungalow lot need take how long to VP after sign SPA? some said 2 years and 3 years? which one is correct? anyone can confirm?

I have been informed by SPS, the land is still under master title for semi D n cluster. So it should under Schedule H.
that's why I'm not sure is 2 year or 3 years.
