I don't think we met coz I am slightly further behind. I don't mind either B1 or B2. But my other half can't take it that there is no family room on the second floor. I am kinda impressed on the feel of both designs on the living and dining. Even B2 with the C-shape still looks big. Always can renovate ma..... I like B1 for the kitchen which is hidden and bigger maid room.

Hahaha. It looked like from the beginning that you might hold jnless too good off a offer. My take is 1 plavia to flip for one unit in EG. One more to keep for weekend unless EG is too good to resist. After all if u LKS fansi, can't see u not going for the real deal.
