I have booked a Errana 1 and a Luzanto 2. rclxm9.gif But not sure which to choose since no one talk about Luzento 2. The design is more modern n built up is bigger compared to Errana. But also more expensive. Need all the taiko there to advise. Tq.

Will the next batch of unit being built includes type such as aravia or stagnia which doesnt have any show units but is sold out?
Also does anyone knows when it will be taken down? I still need to bring my family to see see the unit...

Layout wise, Errana 1 is ok except the master bathroom is too close to your bed, not so good.
As for Lozento 2, it's layout has no problem.

Unsure whether stagnia and aravia will be built. But since it has been sold out, unlikely that SPS want to waste time on building something that has been sold.

Same here..other half wants to bring family over to view the house too

How about the facade? It look like a space ship. There is also a separate area between living room and dining room. Not sure people will like it or not when sub sale?

As for the facade, Errana 1 looks modern but this type of design is quite normal nowadays, nothing special. Color wise, it is now very popular grey color.
As for Luzento 2, I rather think that it is funny than modern and unique design. Not sure if it's facade can be accepted by majority people or not.
Of all the show units for Semi-d and Link Semi-d, I think Merrum A1's facade is the best.
Just my 2 cents comments. tongue.gif
