6.5" midbass driver can have subwoofer kinda bass, why not?

Try compare with PC speaker. You see those subwoofer, the sub driver is just 6.5" and exactly same as our car component set. Why such speaker can vibrate ur balls but not the 6.5" mid driver in your car??

The key is speaker enclosure, in other word speaker casing/box.

To produce solid bass, you need a large and solid enclosure, so the air inside the box is vibrated by the speaker diaphragm, since the casing is solid, the air forced to push/pull from the enclosure tube/opening hole and vibrate the air around you as well. Thats why the bass can be felt by ur balls and heard by ur ear.

Our front door inside is hollow, basically act as a large enclosure for 6.5" mid bass driver, but why only fade bass produced even the driver is vibrate like crazy??

The key word is 'solid', the door panel simply too 'fragile'. When the diaphragm vibrate, it push and pull the air inside, door panel expand or retract when the air hit it, the result is air only vibrate inside the door panel and neutralized by door panel expand/retract movement. Less air is push out from the door to vibrate the air around the cabin, so you will only can hear and feel the fade bass.

Objective: Make ur door become solid.
Solution, sound deadening.
