PPUM-Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya.

Ask for them to write a letter to breast Surgeon, some of clinic doc trying to make money buy selling non-effective products, gynecomastia only can be solved with surgery.

Clinic Doc is General Doc, they are specialist in cough and fever only, so my advice, do no take their advice, ask them to refer yourself to specialist,do not proceed with hormone test organized by clinic because you end up wasting your money...

Dear Jack Daniel,

It's very true that gynecomastia cant be solved by physical exercise. I have few doubts, hope you could shed some light on it:

1. Do u have any suggestion on which clinic that i have to go and get the reference letter from?

2. What type of surgery has been done onto ur kind self? Is it glandular removal or just liposuction?

Please assist. Thanks. unsure.gif unsure.gif

Congrats to those who had gotten rids of your men boobs. I was pretty down when I saw mine 2 years ago, devastated. Used to be fit at the age of 20, muscular chest & body but it all went south 20 years later when training stops due to career, big chest became saggy then what looks like boobs appeared. 2 years back while trying a top in Zara, felt so disgusted with my body when standing infront of the mirror, needless to say I walked away without trying. I do have some breast tissue behind my nipples, not a lot but it's making it sorta pointed and quite embarrasing when wearing fitted Tees, even thought of putting on nipple tape.

Surgery did crossed my mind but told myself why not try train back slowly first. Too embarassed to hit the gym, I went to buy a exercise bench and some dumbbells, did my training from home. Still going at it and plenty to catch up. So far it's helping at least for me.

actually most manboobs are just due to being fat. if one is able to reduce their overall body fat and do weight training, the manboobs will disappear and be replaced with normal pecs.

Not really, some guys just happened to have certain percentage of breast tissues. These have to be surgically removed.

During my fittest period, I was super lean but breast tissues behind my nipples makes it pointy. Only way to alter it was to hit really hard on my upper and middle chest.

Who would say no to delicious fried/bbq chicken wings...lol

I trained at home with dumbbells. Do have a bit of gyno, building a bigger chest helps makes my gyno less obvious.

Hi jimsontan, I have the same trouble as you.. best thing to do now is go for a consultation at any cosmetic clinic.
The one i went to is Nicanor.. Dr. Heng is very nice and he will check whether it is fat or breast glands..

Just done it with Dr. Heng Nicanor, thanks to your post. Recovering and love the result to every bit! Dr. Heng is very caring and gentle. To those guys who also have gyno, just do it and you won't regret the results!! smile.gif

The cost is RM 12k with six follow-up treatments. I think there are cheaper or more expensive alternatives out there. I confirmed with Dr. Heng eventually because of his expertise and the way he handles patients..

hi, i have man-boobs problem, and its very embarrassing me especially wear any clothes
i try do some cardiac exercise, play some gyms, just wont work it out
i think its due to hormone imbalance problem as last time i always stay overnight or eating unhealthy

how should i cure my problem? everyone is just laugh at me/ tease at me whenever i wear t-shirts

First of all, what's your BMI?
Need to figure out your height and weight.
If you're overweight, that's the culprit.
You have to lose weight and tone your chest muscles at the same time.
