dude, gynecomastia is the growing/existence of BREAST TISSUE in males, which is impossible to be removed by exercise or by adjusting hormones

Doctor told me that mine is obvious, u might refer yours with these 2 symptoms

1. Areola is big
2. there is a huge and hard lump underneath ur nipple when u press it
