I have "mild" problem on manboob coz of my size. 5'8" height 115kg weight. I am active in sports, and also regular in gym. If u wanna reduce, I suggest doing more upper body exercise at the gym. The back, shoulder, chest, wing and abs. You can build them up to replace your fats and in turn can burn your manboobs fats and turn into muscle. That means grow your muscles, and reduce fats. That can eliminate saggy skins if it happens. But of course skin can shrink but not sure to what extent. Every body works differently. I taken gym seriously since early this year with heavy lifts, and my manboobs reduce, replace by more tone body muscle, and looked better. I reduced my weight to 109kg and still working on reducing my weight, hopefully til just under 100kg by yr end.
Cardio workout can help if you dieting and loose weight. May need to loose much more. Depends on your body condition. Mind to share your weight and height?

If you can't wait till you can actually see results after you've workout, I guess you got to go for aesthetic enhancement like coolsculpting or ultrasound cavitation.

I have this problem too.. not gonna bore you with my story.. anyways, there are two types of man boobs: 1. Fat accumulated at the chest area 2. Glandular tissue (breast glands) If you want to check, put your fingers together to form a small circle and press the spot near the areola.. if it's hard and feels gland-y, then its breast tissue. you can only remove this via surgery... if it's soft, then it's fat... it may be stubborn fat, and hard to remove... For my case, i have a lot of fat as well as glandular tissue.. had my surgery two weeks ago... now in recovery period

Weight lifting. Not occasionally, but consistently.
Burn fats and build muscle. It will make your chest look solid rather than saggy.

If ck_boon is talking about gyno (serious ones) then the only way to cure it is via surgery. But most of the people I see suffer from ManBoobs because they have a lot of fat with them (usually fat people have manboobs). Once they slim down and start to build muscle, their chest will start to look more solid. Unless he provide the picture of his upper body, its very hard to identify the problem he has.

Have to agree with Kentucki, man boobs caused by hormone imbalance is quite rare.most are caused by too much fat layered above chest muscle.so the best way to get rid of it is too build up ur chest muscle and lower ur bodyfat percentage with proper and consistent diet and exrcise.
