This is the cheapest I can find for now, ND1000 they say can do 10 stops even in midday.
Cokin and Tianya are a big no-no for long exposure I advise you.

I used the tripod as lowest as possible. Is there any tripod that can go lower than that?

Its nd filter cannot stop as much light. You still need to use it at low light hours like dust and dawn. I didn't knew there are different nd filters. Nd1000 has the most stops I think.

Didn't know Cokin has ND1000, maybe it was just a third party filter made for the Cokin holder?

Probably, but Cokin really has ND1000? I think they only have like ND8 right? I dunno. Haha!

It's still usable to make the exposure longer during dusk and dawn, but sometimes I don't have the time to stick around waiting.

I don't know what to do for the coloured ones too. So i guess better only spend on ND filter and Grads ND filters alone.

Yeah, some tripods can spread really low haha, but those are expensive. There are some that can be used "upside down", with the camera attached on the bottom
