yeah I restarted a new account because of this. old account not really that old though...

my first account i played inferno, managed to reach 500 elo before i stopped.

now im playing necro, i feel that this is harder. currently 600+ elo, but having hard times vs some decks especially haven. the problem im having now is i have no dispel (besides the one that dispels spells attached on enemy creatures, but no spells that can dispel global enchantment). some decks are just too good, i guess the guy spending $$$ or hes lucky to get good cards.

another issue i have with necro decks is the lack of aoe spells. i have tsunami, its too situational. other than that, i have one geyser (3 damage adjacent) and the one which damages 2 in a line. im saving for the dual box on offer (the one costing 1690). should be able to get it after 1 more level. hopefully after that i get to use better cards.

currently my play style is to go aggresive (early game). i tend to lose when the game goes late. should i be doing this? or should i make the deck more balanced (some small creatures, some big ones)?

another thing i noticed is that academy has some good creature abilities. evade is pretty good, phase is annoying, reflect range... and then the one where it deals damage to creatures played into the same row. oh and the one that can move your creature when it enters the battlefield (not sure this is academy or not).

like i mentioned previously, inferno is the easiest and quickest way to farm gold in the early games, necro is much thougher

necro is a late game faction usually, so if you lose during late game meaning that your deck is not strong enough yet

as a new player, don't think about playing academy unless you willing to invest real money into it =D

yeah probably my deck isn't strong enough. what is ur finisher? and how do u deal with global enchantment?

best way to play necro is to have total board control, depending on hero magic abilities

most of them have dark, but fire, water or earth is probably the best duos

fire = fireball and forbidden flame, armageddon if going to 6
water = geyser, tsunami if going to 6, depending on flyers on both sides
earth = insect swarm and quake

dark usually is soul reaver and shadow image

global enchantment either just prepare for it or just clear the board whenever possible

fortune seria's is not unheard of, so you can play that too

Word of Light is quite OP and only avsilable for Haven, 1 well timed Word of Light can clear all your creatures and allow Haven players to own you in 1 round.

try to play less creatures that have 2 hp or less in necro too, unless you going for rush build like mother namtaru

usually rush decks lose to earth based heroes though

i see im doing it all wrong then. under 500 elo it was ok. but 600+ im finding it tough. what bout the hero. currently im using the stock necro hero (seria). should i change it?

on another note LOL just realised theres a hero named siham... oh my.

looking at my spells i dont have soul reaver or shadow image. i dont really have a good card pool yet.

maybe i should try another hero. i currently have jezziel, seria, acamas and kat. any of these good?

I think you get a free hero i forgot after what achievement the basic barbarian 1.

I also dont have a good card pool yet thats why im playing rush deck. Averaging around 600-700 elo depending on my luck.

kat? yeah i have that. i've tried to build a deck around her, having same issues also, not enough good cards.

yeah we're in the same situation. rush seems to work 50% of the time. the other 50% are just stomps though.

you will have better luck with inferno in lower elo's, going other types is not impossible but either spend money or lose a bit more than playing inferno =D
