from the picture in Honda FB page, it looks like V-spec since it eq with 16" rim and signal at side mirror.....but no paddle shift(as expected) and no auto cruise,econ mode,shark fin anthenna(which is new City has).

Honda already hinted 3 variants, which gonna priced as below:
Variant S: low end, probably stripped down version with no VSA, and probably below 70k
Variant E: mid-range, feature wise similar to current 1.5 CKD, competitively priced at 74 - 75k
Variant V: lots of features, 6 airbags, 7" touch screen audio, priced close to 80k or higher...
