Bro just refund the money, it is not easy to get back the money that you own them but it is better than your entire school findin out that you are famous in lowyat as word spreads fast. DO you want to be know as "YAP CHENG YI" the scamme and cheater of peoples money?? or "yap cheng yi" the good person who refunder peoples money and deals with problems fast. You have so many followers now that you have become a star in the wrong way,if your uni finds out then you are dead. Finding out where you study is not hard you know, then they will find where you LIVE ,WHO YOUR PARENTS ARE, WHO YOUR FRENS ARE, WHAT IS YOUR IC AND WHAT IS YOUR NUMBER AND WHERE YOUR PARENTS STAY AND EVEN YOUR RELATIVES AND COUSINS. You will have no oeace when you sleep and when you study, youmight even fail your exams in the end because you are so stressed over this amount of money which you should have returned back to them. You will regret this for the rest of your life and you cannot turn back time and wish that you have not scammed ts and the rest of the people.

Okay, Cyyap95 PMed me and said that he has got some money and he will refund each one of us RM500 on Monday and he'll settle the rest at the beginning of November. In return, he has asked me to change the thread title and close the topic. I have told him that, if 3 of us confirm received the payment of RM800 on Monday, I will amend the the topic title to a less accusing one and will only close the thread after a full refund has been made. How is that? Fair enough right?

Topic will only close when he refunded in full amount. RM500 bank in maybe can change the title to Complaint on Cyyap95 or sumthing.. whatever it is.. Monday bank in then u take action to change the topic name..

First year of college, bright future ahead(not sure about you) and yet you choose to do scams like this? You're 18 ffs. Seller had made the commitment to resolve the matter. He could be wrong, at least in the way of handling the bulk. However, he has attempted to make necessary corrective actions. I think by refunding others in full amount, he has exceeded the expectation which he had set earlier. He earned his respect, and we should honour it. I urge all kind souls to give Yap some time to sort out all the matters. At the very least, I think we can avoid using offensive language.

I thank everyone attention to this and stand by us against fraud. Let's make LYN a safer online space to trade. I suggest Yap to narrate the whole scenario in his perspective to educate others. Hope this incident can be a worthy lesson to all. I will update again when full payment is transferred.

Cyyap95 has taken the liberty to settle the dispute by refunding all 3 of us the full amount. He has also presented all 3 of us with the online transaction receipt. I'm not gonna close the thread and close the case yet because he did an interbank transfer which will take 3 working days to process for 2 of our Maybank accounts to receive it. So, my decision is, since he presented us with legitimate looking receipts, I will change the topic title to a less gentler and less offensive one. Thread and case would not be closed till we confirm that the refund has been received. For the time being please don't attack Cyyap95 with accusations. Thank you.
