I got my reasons why i dont trust Cyyap95. I kept a PM from him earlier this month. I was looking a Nexus 7 as well but i didnt get it from him coz i rather spent more and get from people who had ready stock and i trust.

He claim his supplier is The guy i posted but see my PM, his supplier is Amazon pulak..

So ur supplier get from Amazon also? impossible he dont want earn and you still sell cheap?

I believe I have offered you an installment plan to resolve this a graceful manner but you have been quiet about it. I tried hard not to push or accuse you in an un-manly manner. Honestly, so far you have been slow in replying PM and revealing much details. Good that you come and defend yourself but it does not change the fact that you failed to fulfill the orders. As I've mentioned earlier, you are leveraging on credit which should bear the liability of such act. To put it in simple way, you tried to do yourself a good business using money not belong to you. If the money belongs to a bank, do you think you can be excused just because you got scammed? Can you ask the bank claim the money from the scammer?
For the same example I quoted to you, let say I introduced my friend to join your bulk, taking his money for it, am I going to ask my friend to claim from you? Obviously I can't.

No, you never offered me refund on 20 September 2013. These are the only PMs we exchanged on 20 September 2013. You just said you were gonna refund me but you never said you plan of refund as in full or part by part refund.

I thought this is very low amount. Something like below RM3000? Gosh. I think once police notified, scammer school is found by link to zixian and apislua_lua mod, his parent will be notified.

I'm sure RM3000 is not big amount to his/her parent.

I think Cyyap95 just want to keep this low profile. That's why he/she hide from her/his parent.
