My personal opinion is strata retails is quite tough unless you have a really unique concept. (like GM Mall in Klang)

No discrimination on the location, but just wonder how many strata retail is really performing in Klang Valley, other than Sungai Wang Plaza?

To sustain the crowd, anchor tenant play crucial role.

Very unlikely there will be an anchor tenant in this mall.

Hopefully this development will be materialized on the 2018, so by 2020 Rawang will be the best location to stay, better than Puchong I believe smile.gif)

Agree to it but in some circumstances if you sells a retail there will also be a problem maintaining it, even the successful one like sungei wang is not good in the maintainance.

i hope the success for DA land but i have not much of the persuasion towards the project but i do not mind if the could offer attractive packages for some small retails. since i never tried retails before. haha.

It's about 2.5km, they should avoid the similar mistake in future time

Hopefully they could invite Six Flags or Universal Studio from United States to invest into this TWO Project. Sure this location (Rawang) will booming!!!. Will be the best place for tourist around the world.

I hope they would. But at times, it's really beyond our control.

2.5km is not too near i guess...

Yes. Road is upgrading now. That area of flood is due to River overflow. the water subsided after few hours. This happened when the rain started more than 12 hours continously non-stop.
