Not easy, its a self sustain development. crowd attraction is low. Same like icity when kick starting

I also didn't hear any news from this Project. seems like not much progress. Land still vacant with no sign or activities. I "sense" and "smell" another Cabut Lari case. Hopefully no money being disburse yet.

My contractor show me his tenant renovation list in all the upcoming new malls. Not include existing mall. Sibeh manyak n scary. My contractor Also scare later cannot Kutip payment. All cabut lari. Very Cb Siao Liao.

boss, wht other malls pull handbreak? i know some delay. I always say mall oversupply but developer always wanna build integrated with retail

nvm. i believe its wrong product and timing. just change the plan. location wise is good.

after success of Mitsui Outlet Park? dare dare go.

DA Land chief executive officer Derek Chew said the project was created with a different segment of tourists in mind.

"We want to attract European, American, Japanese, Korean and Singaporean tourists, in addition to local tourists.

"The number of European, American and Japanese tourists in other malls are relatively low. The TWO was created with them in mind – sun and water, one-stop tourist shopping hub for local produce, delicacies, art and souvenir and a unique indoor and covered outdoor theme parks.

"They will be able to experience a fun and wholesome shopping experience, in addition to the nearby very rich eco-tourism resources," he said.

He added that the TWO will be recession-resistant as it is about discount shopping and a weather-proof theme park. – June 1, 2015.
