Dear all,
Another strata commercial project, with wholesale concept.. in Rawang. http://www.propertywtf.com.my/kepong-sunga...tail-t1061.html Rumors saying Da Land took over this project. Anyone with more info on this? |

I had read thru the project analysis. Yes the concept is gd. The only thing concern is the developer's ability n experience to manage such a big project as well as the recent announcement by gomen to abolish dibs diss scheme. Not sure wats the impact on dis project.
