Another strata commercial project, with wholesale concept.. in Rawang.

Rumors saying Da Land took over this project.

What i heard is they will be building a new r&r station there along with a overhead restaurant. Dont know is it possible since the Sungai Buloh station is not far away..

Just rumors..

Yes, what you said make sense. The food and beverage city will have all kinds of Malaysian food where it could only be found in certain area of the country. I really hope this project would realize.

Yes, 140 units in 1 floor. As for the average nett lettable area, it is about 200,000 sf per floor according to sa. The whole of Empire Gallery in Subang is about 360,000 sf.Just to give you a rough idea on how big the mall is.

The build up size for the lots is starting from 131sf till over 400sf.
