I remember tis two was quite hot yrs ago. Many many agents was selling it. Saying how gd la sibeh hoseh la.

Nowadays, bank will conducting their own study before deciding on bridging loan or credit facilities...
If you are not top ten developers or your development gdv is set unrealistic higher than bank evaluation (bear in mind, not valuation)
The chances of getting those loan and facilities is - zero...
That's why eventually, the only way is to sell the land before bank is force sell your land if any default in term loan

Northern klang valley really no go.

Better focus on Southern klang valley more happening better package too.

Southern area better package. Nearer to KLIA F1, Putrajaya ioi city mall. UEM active in seri Kembangan start sapu land in cheras south & sunway active in cheras & cheras south. KL city currently also expand toward southern area. TRX, BM HSR. More mrt lrt ktm wide spread & coverage.

How can you sum up by only looking at one project 🤷🏻‍♂️
The spillover in southern region with irrelevant road access will just add congestion. It maybe good for some, but yeah no thanks.

All the more reason to avoid the southern corridor and go somewhere else due to the massive high density and traffic congestion. Right now, the northern corridor is a lot less congested and due to the hilly terrain will never be as high density as the western or southern corridor anyway.

On another note, I wonder if there will be some further developments towards the east. Probably will be limited due to the hilly terrain also.
