ACS 45.1 user reporting in!!

this is my 3rd pair of 45.1, manage to got 1 from here, lucky me.

Which color of this cable should plug to red or black suite of my satellite ?

is up to you, it doesn't matter at all... make sure you connect the both end with the same color of cable...

What will happen if i connect to diff color at both side ?

i think you maybe misunderstood my words...

if you connect blue to black and gold to the red at the subwoofer out, then you should connect the same way to your satellite input, otherwise reverse polarity will occur...

but if you connect in the different way for left satellite and right satellite, nothing will happen...the wire color just let you recognise which one is negative and positive, doesn't matter...

anybody here using acs45.1 with audigy 4? or audigy 2 zs.. can show how to get the best setting? pliz2...

hi all, im a Altec Lansing fans, previously using ACS45.1 for so many years, yesterday bought the MX5021 black...

wanted to know is it better, or wat is the difference to remove the satelite & woofer cover?

i m using ACS 45.1 (black), been using it since 2001 until now...

jz tat i think there is some small issue with the satelites, so i decided to change to a new set..

Any AL users here experiencing subwoofer of the system are not really performing as good as the previous days .. ? In the sense that the beat might not really that strong anymore .. but more on to those low frequency type.

this one is MX5021 White, nothing different in terms of sound quality, because my friend owned it as well...anyway mine one is black one, 'anti-yellow', why not?

haha same here, can see that on my ACS45.1... white does look beautiful, but only temporary..

actuali wanted to sell my ACS45.1, but now i take it to setup a 4.1 (or 4.2) surround enviroment.. haha

i did some research before i buy..

initially VS4121, VS4221, FX4021 then finally i choose MX5021

hmmm... what if i were to connect the MX5021 to a lcd tv... u guys think it will sound good playing dvd??? just want to compliment the lcd with a simple 2.1 setup...

why not? just buy RCA to 3.5mm stereo cable....
