Please get a proper dashcam with proper parking mode that auto on/off if really want to use parking mode. 3 wires hardwire kit and a dashcam with proper parking mode works together. Not just the 3 wires hardwire kit alone. The dashcam has a controller that controls parking mode when detected the engine is off and will auto switch to parking mode. That's how it works.
