if it hangs, u just need to restart the HU. Restart button is at the SC card slot. A small button. need to use a pin/paperclip.
Restart your car won't help unless u wait for sometime because the HU will only shutdown after 30sec.

Today my HU suddenly show the word TRAFFIC which was faced by mystvearn before. I checked the radio that I didn't activate the TA function. Very weird!

Mine is achillies 2233 too. It seems to be very noisy. I think much more noisier than the CVT whining and air cond compressor. It's still new and can't wait to change it. I'm interested in the MC PS3 seems a lot of good reviews but still long way to go before can change with heavy investment.

I finally encountered a problem. The ESC light comes on randomly. Seen it twice now. Happens when I'm driving slow in town. No idea why. The light is not flashing, showing there is a problem. Turn off and starting back the car removes the notification. Any ideas?

So far have not seen this ESC light before. Maybe it's time for your car medical check up 10K and hopefully the SC can solve the faulty indicator.

Quite a normal issues with our SS. Just get it checked when you can at the SC. In the meantime it won't really affect daily usage, just looks annoying. Weirdly I used to get this issue only when on the highway, and going at a consistent speed.

I found out that the back seat headrest seems to be making rattling sound when it is raised.

The other vibrating sound that I still can't pinpoint happened when listening to certain tune of music from the radio. I suspect it could be the tweeter speaker or something else is vibrating due to certain tune like low flying airplane sound causing things to shake. It might be the air cond vents but it's difficult to find the exact music tune to really test it.

Maybe just record the airplane sound and playback to test.

I hurt my car butt while putting groceries into the boot. Dropped some heavy stuff on the butt and now got bad gash .

I'm thinking of using the touch up paint eventhough it'll will not give a good result. Checked professional touch up costs more than RM50. With that amount would be enough to buy the touch up paint and can use for future injuries.

If you have an OBD plug try seeing what is the error code, if any.
sometimes it's from the brake switch, others its from the sensor but Proton will have to diagnose it before taking action as there are quite a few components in the system.

Since you are not located in the Klang Valley replacement parts would take about a week to arrive.

Trust me and take my advice. If you did not perform any DIY touch up before , dont do it. Will regret like me later if it goes wrong

Professional touch up paints are better than the cheap touchup because their basecoat + clearcoat are more durable and dry faster + no need wait 24 hours . Maximum only half day will get it done ( appointment )

Some people managed to do it easily maybe is because of their area is not hot or humid. Unless you can do it in room that fits a car inside. Because if wind blow will make paint go wrong then if too hot sunny and humid will make color darken , the clear coat looks ugly as well.

I was told that go car foaming will fix the vibrating/rattle issue on the car but have not try it yet. But if i am going to go and do it , i will probably tell them check whether any screws loose before foam. For the air cond vent, some guy say apply some kind of special glue that will adsorb vibration. Actually by right the car should come with this special glue just proton quality is poor.
