well..i've been driving manual before too.. jumping to auto is nothing serious to me since my wife's car is auto.
nyway, just to share..i really love the VT3.. feels so much smoother compared to the conventional 4speed auto. ive never tried dropping the gear coz the car is new, still sayang to drop like wat i used to with my previous manual ride.hahaha.. maybe u can try dropping the gear using the test drive car?


if u ask me, id prefer the 5k interval engine oil change regardless what engine oil im using. though people say fully synthetic can last up to 10k km.


since its a C-segmen car, the rear seat space is comparable to other C-segmen.
im coming from a B-segmen car, the rear seat is pretty spacious!

not to scare u, but my SA said his showroom unit last time was also in Spanish language. they did ask proton to come change to english but the proton fellar changed the whole HU.

i only get rm120 cash for smart tag, umbrella and rm800 voucher for safe tint.

android HU is a bit disappointing to me.. though im loving the gps.
seems like the player doesnt have any memory to recall what file it was playing last before shutting the engine.
every time start the engine, on the radio, then need to search for the music i was listening. either from my pendrive or cd/dvd. lucky it remembers the radio #..
as stated earlier, for dvd, atleast pls enable the audio. sometimes i listen to my dvd concerts while driving. why is it possible on other aftermarket HU such as the sony xav-701hd?
and y can't i change that background to my own picture?
i realised last weekend sometimes my next/prev button on the steering doesnt respond. i need to restart the HU to get it functioning again. it only happens when i receive/make a call via BT. anyone experience the same?

yesterday when i was cruising on highway, 1 bar can get me 179km..
but today city drive 1 bar can get only 150km
but well, 1 bar can get more than 100km is already gooding to me

just my wild guess, is it the lock in the gear lever?
i notice when we put in key and press the start button twice(without depressing the brake pedal), there's a sound coming from somewhere below the gear lever. im guessing its the lock?
maybe exec doesn't have this gear lock.

Ive been using mirrorlink on my previous car. Now the HU transfered to my wife's car. Its a good thing if proton can add it to our current HU. But I guess its a hardware related thing.so maybe not..

use phone's gps on HU is rather great coz i update/save locations where ever i go on my hp

i just called section13 pj SC.. she say if exceed for instance 200km, they'll contra on the next service 10,200km.

then i ask what engine oil u're using for 1st service that can last for 10k km? she said semi synthetic.
i was.. "u biar betul semi-synth boleh 10k km?"
she siad sure can..

so is it true guys? what engine oil u guys use for ur 1k km service? semi or full? i still doubt semi can use till 10k km.
she quoted rm197 (or maybe rm198 cant remember) for the engine oil(semi synth) oil filter, gasket & magentrap.
