I wanted blue but my mom conplained saying that blue and red looked like a taxi

So she insisted me to buy a white or black since silver is the color of my current car

today i went to proton platinum at 830am

Appointment at 9am

Waited for 4 hours to get it done

Fixed rear boot unable to open by holding the button for 3 seconds ( normally i need to release and press another 1 second )

I think it fixed that steering wheel vibration issue because i was in a hurry to go back home after so long , drove 120km/h constantly with no vibrate as before

GPS updated " BUT " the technical officer tell me that the radio/reverse camera is malfunction , need to take the whole thing out and get it done by 2 weeks at least ( OMG the whole square on the middle is missing / like hollow man

Overall my first time proton repair/service is so so fair grade

#1 made a appointment in the morning and came early but car was inspected last even the people who came later than me got inspected first ( looked the appointment time table and their time is later than 9am , i should be the one get inspected first ) Whats the point making appointment in the first place

#2 took 4-5 hours for just minor problems

#3 the guy who drive my car on the road and came back is a hooligan. He was parking like a maniac and do not fear that the car will get damage , he even open the drivers door wide just to look behind and slam my door so hard like it is so hard to close . ( the seat belt resting area where you disengage to the original position , the side wall have a bit markings most likely due to rough actions during repairing / service > they are not scratched but hopefully i am able to polish it out away

#4 The staff that is repairing went for lunch even the car is on process to repair or service ( just left my car at the garage like i am not waiting for it )

#5 Should take off that word " platinum "

#6 need so long for a radio upgrade " 2 WEEEKS " ???? come on seriously sleep.gif

what happen to the radio until need 2 weeks?
*
Yeah that is why i asked them as well

They say my GPS navigation updated however raidio is unable to update and malfunctioned " , i was like " wtf " it was okay when i use it . Then they recommend me to remove the whole infotainment system

Now my front/reverse sensor and camera is not existed. Using my own parking skill to park into lot today

About the #4 , There is always a backup service staff will repair/service the car even on lunch time hours (Honda and BMW does) so typically this is a normal procedure plus i made an appointment otherwise i would just leave my car there and get it the next day and the stated " platinum " should be high class or something

About the rough and reckless action i mentioned , my car was perfectly clean from markings / scratches ( i inspected myself before the service ) until yesterday i got my car i found out a few markings not scratches , should be able to clean it off with some polish product which i do not know

I know it is normal for people who have some scratches / damages on the seat belt rest area when you disengage but come on platinum should means care for the car even that is not your car , dont just damage it =( i havent even use up a month

That is a 2005 Subaru WRX STI, see that STI badge on the steering?

Not really cheap and definitely not lousy.
*
Well i dont like to argue but STI badge on steering doesnt mean anything

Maybe his car is old or something or did not tune or service

example i saw a Mitsubishi lancer 2.0 GT with the same bodykit and interior upgrades like the evo until you open the hood and notice the difference

OK lol

I totally buy the idea that in Malaysia someone bought a normal 2005 Subaru sedan and made it look like a WRX STI.
*
yeah because by right a 2005 wrx sti can even catch up BMW 328i easily because i saw it before , sadly they were sticking each other butt so close and fast . Was unable to took a video on it

It happen from the JB - KL highway , singapore drove the wrx sti and sticking on a BMW 328i which is the new 2013/2014 model just by looking at the rear lights easily

I can see lots of singaporeans drove this 2005 model as well
