Majority people now all look at your house and cars...lucky my wife not..I 1st dated her using a C20 van... smile.gif

But my brother in law also bump into many problems with his wedding. Mostly from his wife side. The mother in law....very picky and keep giving him a hard time. Sigh.....Not that I talk bad about him, he also don't plan his own wedding properly all last minute and all need my mother in law to do all the stuff.....he and his wife langsung don't know what they do...I also advice him wedding need to plan early and guide him what need to do and given him suggestion but he like no feel one. He never try to learn every step himself because he always rely on my mother in law and she also didn't let him be independent.

Because my wife and I our wedding A to Z we plan ourselves so my mother in law was less stressful and feel more happy...old people so don't want to give them too much pressure but my brother in law is totally terbalik.....My wife also say he not ready and mature to get married at all...after married my mother in law has to take care of his wife also because the wife also abang adik with my brother in law mia attitude. I se my mother in law these few days also didn't sleep and fall sick jor....sigh...I want to maki my brother in law also cannot after sure muka hitam one...

Go read your car owner's manual, in the car transmission specification there, look for the gear ratio of your gearbox.

If ur is old gearbox, the ratio should be as below:

1st 3.333
2nd 1.954
3rd 1.285
4th 0.926
5th 0.755
Final 4.705

After that open your driver side door, look at the bottom of B-pillar (center pillar), there is a silver plate that printed with vehicle load and some other information, if you find a word 'MFA30A', confirm this is achi pokai gearbox from old BLM/FL. rclxub.gif

Anyway, curious to know your manual SV speedometer is BLM/FL type or FLX one???

First of all, go check your fuel cap whether tighten properly. It's torque lock cap, you can close very tightly until the torque lock start to click to ensure no leakage.

Anyway, the above are plain speculation. I recommend you to take your car to a safe place, tarik 1~2~3 redline pull. If you do not know what does "PULL" means,

Gradual accelerate to 2krpm on 1st gear. Maintain for a few seconds on the same RPM. Then you go pedal to metal until red zone then you either upshift or brake to slow down. Back to normal driving.

Whilst driving on 2nd gear at 2krpm, maintain the same speed same RPM for awhile. Then you go pedal to metal until red zone. You either upshift or brake to slow down. Back to normal driving.

Whilst driving on 3rd gear at 2krpm, maintain the same speed same RPM for awhile. Then you go pedal to metal until red zone. You either upshift or brake to slow down. Back to normal driving.

David, this remedy works for manual gearbox. How about cvt gearbox? Can use this method?

Also do you know any places in Klang valley has this 'safe place' to do this stunt?

For BLM/FL Automatic, use your L gear and hit on the 1st gear pull until 7krpm. Repeat the procedure on 2/3 gear.

For CVT, sadly your car is already running on it's pace. You can't possibly pull it because your gearbox will auto adjust it's driven pulley. Trying to pull a CVT, you're risking to disband the CVT belt or scratch the pulley. Bear in mind the transmission aint cheap. I strongly suggest to send your car to do ultrasonic vibration cleaning. Don't ask me where, cause even my Dengkil magician doesn't have this kinda service. The last time I clean my injectors, he uses SINGER oil, plonk battery power to injector and let injector blast SINGER oil nia blink.gif The only time I did vibration cleaning was in Ipork with my previous magician on my Plotong Wigra 4G92 unsure.gif

Sadly, the only safe place with adequate UP HILL(so I can fully utilize my pull time), I can only choose MEX Seri Kembangan bound. But it's still not safe, because other car would think I try to race them, manatau I sampai redline ady let go of my gas pedal whistling.gif Other than that, if I'm in Northern KL, I'll use Jalan Kuching Utara to sprint.
