Once the indicator turned red/pink, bye bye to your warranty. You can't prove to them that all the flap are properly closed or water entered via defective back cover. Best advice, do not submerge your xz unnecessary into water

Hi bro.... i had the same exact issue as you but not the water spot on camera though... but my device became unusable as water went in... sent for warranty and they fixed it without any charges. i sent via Curve.... but i suggest you go direct to berjaya there and get it fixed... much more faster.... and service is great.... and they changed my entire frame and i also told them i had screen issues as flickering and they changed a brand new screen for me.. just like that... so go ahead and send it over... as long as warranty is there... then you have nothing to worry about.

mine... water leaked in via headphone jack and sim card slot... two ports which i never ever used.... usb port... nothing happen... the sticker didnt change color... so weird...

hi guys..im new to ZL. traded my ZR with ZL on wednesday. the thing is, the phone suddenly shutdown. after that i cant boot, only stuck at sony logo and the flow. but things ok when i plug in the charger. i cant tahan this, so i use SUS to repair. but things going even worse, the sony logo appear then shutdown. if i plug charger, on device will going bootloop.

help..i dont know what else to do..

Why not just send it Sony centre to warranty.. Won't cost u a cent.. Just say the phone suddenly sot..

Just stick on it to get a peaceful mind..

Why after I update my phone and it took long time to make a full charge??
Before this, it take less than 2 hours but now it take less than 3 hours!
why it happen?

Yeah same here, it started after updating to 244 firmware =.=

when battery lower than 80,90% it charge very fast... like 40%++ in 1 hour. but when reach to 90% level, the remaining 10% took like 30min+ as it lower the charging input (perharps to carefully not overcharge?). But it's really too low liao. ><

C6503 and C6506 ppl get ady.. temporary, didnt see any C6502 ppl comments they get update.. i think we might need to wait a while.. hopefully its really claim as what Sony mentioned in tweeter..

battery fix, camera improvement, display fix (probably display flickering/vibrating) and other performance tweaks..

are u charging using other source except from mains supply?

i notice if i charge via usb using my PC, it takes way more than 3hrs.
plug straight into mains, and regular 2hrs only.

before 244 update, can charge normally even using PC.
