Just got back my xz from sony sc after admitted for nearly a month due to black dots on camera. Sent my xz to Ixsun Sdn. Bhd. (Ipoh) on 20/8 and the staff there told me that for xz, they going to courier it to their HQ in KL for the repairing works. Promised me that will get back my phone within a week and on the first week, called them to check the status of my xz and was told that their system went down for days already. Waited until weeks no 2, called them again and was told my xz was not in their system (wtf), ask me to wait for their call. Third weeks, still no reply from the sc mad.gif cannot tahan already straight call sony mobile customer service, complained kaw kaw and the next day they reply that my phone will be ready on 13/9. On 13/9, still no news no nothing sad.gif called sc again and was told that my xz not ready yet doh.gif . 16/9 called sony mobile customer service again and was told that my xz was on courier back to ipoh and collected my xz on 17/9 with new scar and scratches mad.gif . So think twice before sending your xz to sc

Check your batch no.. mostly earlier batch will suffer from this defect. Btw mine is 09w13

Once the indicator turned red/pink, bye bye to your warranty. You can't prove to them that all the flap are properly closed or water entered via defective back cover. Best advice, do not submerge your xz unnecessary into water

They took a month to replace my xz camera module and add a few scars to it. Check for my posts few pages back
