Correct have so much of project there. Just my opinion when the supply is a lot then demand will decrease.

i think this development is kinda too expensive since without DIBS - RM860-880psf

if you budget in the interests throughout the construction period - it will cost abt RM915-940psf when VP.

thinking to pull out...

anyone with news on F&N launching date??

Only 1 block launched

600 sf one room unit fully booked except for one as of today

3 rooms 1200 sf units also quite good booking

Launching expected only in May 2014 after obtaining APDL

which 1 better? PJ midtown 600sft vs Pacific Star 617sft.....both also about 5xxK budget, comes with partial furnish...all leasehold....

btw, can this PJ sec 13 area absorb such high volume supply of small condo units in a few years time? imagine a 1-room 600sft units cost abt 5xxK meaning that at least 2k-2.5k per month rental to barely cover the loan installment.....do-able rate there?

Honestly.... I don't think it can fetch 2.5k rental for studio unit 600sqft.

Like the location a lot but worry about how the traffic situation gonna be there later, so damn jam around there already now (jln univ & semangat for example). But i guess the traffic jam is inevitable no matter where u stay.

Honestly... Location of pj midtown will be better than dksh land or kdu / pacific star / jaya1. Pj midtown is off jln university. And you can escape via the housing roads.

Anyhow, rental can never cover the repayment... Price point too high..

I think better go for sg buloh by sdb or mahsing.... Got MRT...
