Assuming 500sf at rm400k. That is 800psf.
For prime real estate, i guess it is still alright.

i am guessing it probably meant that you can travel from lift to your unit from the car park floor without going through podium or ground floor.

Got some info:

1. 3 sizes:

-600sf from RM540k
-900sf from RM790k
-1200sf from RM1m

5% rebate

2. Come with kitchen cabinet and wardrobe

3. The 1200 sf are in the low rise block, u can see that from the artist impression drawing. The direct access carpark only for the 1200 sf and u can drive your car direct to the same floor of your unit

Can lah boss. PJ prime and good old location. When KV expanded far, PJ becomes better and better.

Bdr Sunway also listhold, already sold RM 900-1000 psf for smilar sizes. Even a bit rundown or old medium cost apartments also asking RM 400 psf dy.

All Section 13 as I know leasehold..

Boss, got 5% rebate ma...so about RM850 psf for smallest unit
