Yesterday I was told by the sales reps that its expected at RM800 psf wor..
Anyhow, need to see the overall development and its targets first. Sime Darby product is never a "Cheap" product  Pacific star is already around RM750psf, I think S13 Pj is going to be a hot commercial hub.. What do all the taiko think?  |
