Finally get my 1st UOB One Card today after 3 weeks time.... rclxms.gif
But I was curious that why the letter I received with the card attached said that I renewed the card hmm.gif

hi,would like to ask,UOB very bad.I get my credit card last year AUGUST but till now i still didnt get my cash back refund.

I already called ask many times,but they just delayed the case.

What should i do?

Make an official complain to BNM at bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my.

Make sure u list out the full facts, history, when u made the call (Date & Time, etc) with your Card Number, etc.

my car the cashback are automatically done wor.. and they itemize them nicely at the bottom of the section.

I received a call from a person identifying himself as a staff from UOB. He spoke in Mandarin so I requested for him to speak in English instead. Upon this, the caller immediately cut off the line. So rude. I already make a complaint direct to the bank and put a note to remove my name from their marketing database.

maybe he is embarrassed of his inability to speak in english? anyway he should have apologised first before hanging up (if that were really the case).

should have asked for his name and report him to the bank for being rude.
