QUOTE(kiawin @ Nov 8 2014, 07:09 PM) Unfortunately they refused to waive my annual fee and GST, they claimed they have changed policy and no longer does that. I cancelled the card. Note, this was my primary credit card, with constant usage every month not again. they tend to change their policy quite often

QUOTE(mascot_lim @ Nov 9 2014, 01:11 AM) Yeah chief, but what is that? ANy privilege or redemption needed? basically, smart$ is a cash system while uniringgit is a point system. smart$ can be redeemed as cash at the participating merchants, while uniringgit can be redeemed for items.

I spend around RM 10k per month for past one year on my UOB preferred platinum credit card. When it is due for GST, the CS said it is not possible to waive the GST. Any one has any suggestion?
