I spend around RM 10k per month for past one year on my UOB preferred platinum credit card. When it is due for GST, the CS said it is not possible to waive the GST. Any one has any suggestion?

you spent rm120k a year and uob can't even absorb the gst for you??? i feel for you...

just threaten to cancel and they will beg you to stay. if they don't, surely many other banks is waiting to welcome you at the door.
