damn CG giving me trouble. Offer to purchase letter was given on 1st day and loan approved. Suka suka they go change the offer to purchase letter to deduct 2k for early bird discount on the unit amount.
Then i ask them refund the 2k to me since the bank already calculated the original amount on the 1st day. Now they ask me to cancel my loan and redo. Come on who will bear my processing fee crazy. |

I dont care much now is their problem for changing last minute.just dont ask me cancel loan and resubmit. If you already apply the loan based on the original OTP then means they will earn your early bird 2k discount since they have deduct from current latest OTP price . Better make sure u have latest OTP before apply loan else the early bird 2k discount will mean no discount at all.

anyway delay is good for us since the S&P stated they will compensate us for every delay after 36 month onwards if the project still not complete. It will based on the date the stamping is done.

all link house sold and around 60% sold for phase 1 include bungalow and the last i know 2 mansion was sold not sure about the last unit of the mansion.
